Our Mission
To make quality, culturally-aware mental health care accessible to every member of the Canadian-Iranian community — regardless of income, language or background.

Who we are, what we believe in, and the people behind IMHCT.
The Iranian Mental Health Center (IMHCT) is a non-profit organization based in Toronto, Canada. It was founded by mental health professionals who saw firsthand how language barriers and cultural distance keep members of the Iranian community from seeking the psychological support they deserve.
Since our early days, we have grown into a trusted home for counseling, workshops and community events — reaching thousands of Iranian-Canadian families and becoming, for many, a symbol of hope.
